You have quite a lot of stuff already :3 Maybe try getting some basic stuff - try not to think 'slutty' and 'hot', more 'cute' and 'bright'. Maybe some short shorts? I prefer ones rolled up at the edge instead of frayed, because, IMO, it looks kinda tacky. Type 'japanese fashion' into google images - there are a few very good examples of the style I'm talking about 
Tank tops can be paired with short shorts for that sporty look, where as a blouse and patterned skirt look more innocent.
My style is more 'city girl'. [at weekends] I like to wear jeans with a classy top, with a long, to-the-knees cardigan and messenger bag
