Safe Mode Issues..Boot failure?
So i got this problem with security tool and my goal of course is to fix everything in safe mode. I successfully got it to boot in safe mode but it never finishes the boot session. I choose to run it in safe mode then it sits there with "safe mode" in all four corners of the screen and "Microsoft (R) Windows XP (R) (Build 2600.xpsp_sp3_gdr.080814=1236: Service Pack 3)" at the top middle. It has the backlight on and I can move my mouse and everything but it doesn't budge.
you will have to reinstall windows in repair mode. to fix it
on booting windows loads all drivers first then asks what do you want to do.
Install Repair etc Press the R key for repair and follow instructions
