Mission Inline Chassis
Why is Mission Hockey customer service so completely s&@t?
Has anyone ever had a helpful reply from their site with regard to inline chassis that break after six months' occassional use, and top-line carbon boots with eyelets that just rip through?
CCM replaced a pair of chassis in just two weeks after I sent them just photographic evidence of the fault. I can't even find who to speak to in Mission.
like everyone else these days, they probably farm out their customer service to India
