Would a mauve skating dress be pretty?
I am getting a dress made and I wanted dark purple..but the only material the woman has that makes dresses is mauve...
My friend told me mauve is ugly! My parents told me it was like a lilac purple colour (like my Zuca bag) but my friend said it's an ugly purple/red colour. I don't want to waste money on an ugly dress...she's bringing the material to the arena tomorrow..do you think a mauve dress would be ugly? =( now I'm worried that I won't get a dress at all in time for my competition! *breathes*
If this is really ugly what do I do? What other colours are nice? =( This will be my first real competition I don't want it to not look good...=( I have no dresses I could wear because I only have one dress and it's way to big now to the point that the arms of the dress flap in the wind when I skate fast and people HAVE noticed this.
i think its a pretty colour, it will be diffrent, the judges will remember you now i want a dress that colour! haha
the lady whose making your dress can surley find a way to get dark purple fabric
you could always get a mauve coloured dress with black mesh over it, it will make it look darker
in skating if you cant find a colour you like add mesh, you can make any colour you could ever think of with it!
