Skis Marker Bindings

how do you ajusts snow ski bindings? I am a intermediate skier, grade 2 at the shop.?
I am not sure about the settings I need. One things is the marker numbers 2.5-9 around the pole release. the other is the speed point numbers 260mm- 365. any help?
Like the first answer said, have the professionals do it.
If you don't know what the numbers mean, and you make a mistake...that mistake could cost you a broken leg...
So, if anyone on this forum tries to "help" you, I would be surprised.
