Under Gloves Snowboard

Where can I get cheap, good snowboarding gear?
I signed up for a snowboarding club and I don't have any snowboarding gear. I need under armor stuff, gloves, hat, goggles, jacket, snowpants, small bag to hold water and cell phone ect.. snowboard and boots... I tried looking on some sports gear sites like Eastbay, but the jacket and snowpants alone were 200 dollars... I need to find someplace that isnt so cheap they suck but not extremely expensive... I don't want anything that will make me look like a fruitcake either... DC or billabong... brands like that...
beanies-just grab whatever you like, theyll be about 10-20 bucks for the most part and its not a big deal what brand they are.
under armor stuff i assume you mean base layers? just be sure not to buy cotton. cotton absorbs moisture and will make you colder, if your looking for the warmest brand out there that would be ice breaker. this stuff should cost you about 20-40 bucks.
goggles-i would stay with 1 of 2 brands, oakley or smith. they by far make the best lenses out there and this is just like buying sunglasses, if you buy something cheap you get something cheap and worthless. try to find something thats atleast 100 msrp. i wouldnt buy these used, the oils on your face get absorbed in the foam and can get gross depending on the person, and if you dont want more than 1 lens get something that is rated around 30%
outerwear- if you ride anywhere but colorado and utah make sure the waterproof rating is atleast 10,000mm. dc is a fruitcake brand? ok. so what brands do you want then? columbia? northface? or do you still want a snow/skate brand? im confused. but theres tons of brands out there such as, 686, holden, l1ta / l1, cappel, ride, burton, sessions, four square, bond, airblaster, bonfire, quicksilver, columbia, north face, and many others, just look at them and make your own choice. sorry if most those brands are "fruitcake" brands.
boots- this is the one place you do not want to go cheap and should buy locally, go into your local snow/skate shop (please not d1cks, sport authority, or anything like that) and try on every boot they got, whichever one you fall in love with buy it. doesnt matter if its the 100 dollar boot or the 400, what fits, fits. and try not to look at prices when trying on that way you dont know which one your gonna get =)
boards/bindings- 99% of brands out there today make good boards so shouldn't matter what brand you get. unless its a walmart board. and these you can buy used to save you some money, but if you do buy a burton board that is 3 years old or newer you will have to buy a burton binding, if its older than that then you just need a special disk for the burton 3d inserts. dont buy a board based on what it looks like, boards a very very different and you make get something you hate how it rides but love how it looks. which again wont be fun for you. read the reviews on boards and make an educated decision. just because a board is more expensive doesnt mean its better. ive been riding for 14 years now and still buy boards that are about 300 bucks.
some good websites to find your cheap gear at is
http://www.solsticesupply.com/servlet/StoreFront
http://www.departmentofgoods.com/
also sites i like but not as cheap,
www.dogfunk.com
www.porterstahoe.com
and one deal at a time sites (for when your patient)
http://www.whiskeymilitia.com/
http://gearslash.com/
if i remember correct the-house signed a deal and they cant give out the good deal 40-60% off deals, because now they buy their gear cheaper. so the house isnt your best place to go.
also there is always ebay, and craigslist you can check out. but if your buying this years it will be hard to find something more than 10% off untill feb.
